We strive to develop strong and meaningful relationships with those who supply us with fresh produce, meat and seafood. We place paramount importance on the traceability, provenance, quality and sustainability of the raw ingredients we use in our kitchen and bar. With the exception of those products we source from Spain and Portugal, the overwhelming majority are hyperlocal, sourced from within 100km of our restaurant. This ensures that we're able to select produce based on its quality, minimal handling and time spent in transit. We're rapt to be able to contribute to the local economy and to support a myriad of other small, quality-focused businesses that share our goals.
